A few weeks ago, I decided to make a korean soup.... thing... kimchi sujebi [soo-jae-bee].
It's pretty simple, easy to make for single servings or for a large group. :)
Ingredients needed: [2-4 servings]
kimchi juice.
kimchi sliced into... as big of pieces as you'd like :) [as much as you'd like; really depends on how much you love the stuff, I guess... but, be reasonable.]
1 stalk of green onion
5 frozen anchovies (large) [to flavor the broth]
1 1/2 cups of flour
water [for the soup and for the dough]
1 TBS red pepper paste [or more.. to your liking :)]
2 large potatoes, cut into chunks.. or bite-sized pieces. :)
1 small onion sliced however you'd like. :)
Pictures and Procedure after the jump!
